Tématem práce je odhad vývoje strukturálního salda státního rozpočtu České republiky a stanovení jeho příčin. V teoretické části jsou představeny jednotlivé pojmy a přístupy očišťování cyklického salda. Aplikovány jsou metody organizace OECD, Evropské centrální banky a Evropské unie. The aim of this thesis is to estimate the structural budget balance of the government budget of the Czech Republic and to analyse its causes. The approaches of European Central Bank, OECD and European Union are introduced and defined in the theoretical part. The practical part contains calculations of cyclically-adjusted budget balances and structural balances between 2004-2015 using these approaches …more
