Úkolem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat a vyhodnotit gastronomické provozovny v okrese Kladno v obcích a městech začínajícím písmenem B a konče písmenem J. Předmětem šetření jsou pouze gastronomická zařízení společného stravování formy restaurační, nikoli formy účelové, ani zařízení pouze typu ubytovacího. The task of this thesis is to explore and evaluate gastronomic establishments in the district of Kladno in the villages and towns beginning with the letter B and ends with the letter J.
