Diplomová práce zkoumá vztah mezi přírodním bohatstvím a hospodářského růstu s ohledem na roli institucí. Zjistili jsme, že teorie prokletí přírodních zdrojů je obzvlášť významná pro rozvojové země. Tyto země však mohou překonat své prokletí a díky zlepšení kvality institucí mohou dokonce těžit z bohatství svých přírodních zdrojů. Abstract:
The dissertation examines the relationship between natural resource abundance and economic growth with respect to the role of institutions. We find that the theory of the natural resource curse is especially relevant to developing countries.
