Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou likvidací obchodních společností. Primárním cílem je zmapování a rozbor právní úpravy spolu s odborným a vlastním komentářem spolu s hodnocením právní úpravy a samotného procesu likvidace. V práci se tématu věnuji systematicky tak, jak likvidace probíhá v praxi a věnuji se i pracovněprávním a daňovým souvislostem, které s tématem souvisí.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with liquidation of trading companies. The primary objective is to map and analyze the legislation together with expert and self-commentary along with the evaluation of the legislation and the liquidation process itself.
