Soft Techniques in the Physiotherapy of the Vertebrogennic Algic Syndrome in the Cervical Spine Area

Abstract:

V této práci se zabýváme přehledem měkkých technik v rehabilitaci vertebrogenních algických syndromů v oblasti krční páteře. Měkké techniky mají význam diagnostický a zároveň i terapeutický. Slouží k ošetření napětí měkkých tkání jako je kůže, podkoží, fascie a svaly. Ošetření měkkými technikami by mělo předcházet před každým zákrokem nejen v krční oblasti. Jestliže neobnovíme pohyblivost a neodstraníme reflexní změny měkkých tkání, bude efekt naší léčby pouze krátkodobý

Abstract:

This work focuses on the overview of the soft techniques applied in the physiotherapy of the vertebrogennic algic syndrome in the cervical spine area. Soft techniques are significant for both their diagnostic and therapeutical contribution. They serve for tense relieve of the soft tissue like skin, hypodermis, fascia and muscles. The soft techniques treatment should precede every medical help, not only int he cervical spine area. If we do not recreate the moveability and remove the reflexive changes of the soft tissues, the effect of our treatment will be only a short-term one
