Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou sociálně aktivizačních služeb ve vybraném domově pro seniory očima jeho zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je rozbor těchto služeb, jejich potenciálu, limitů a zejména jejich realizace. První část práce věnuji definici klíčových pojmů a teoretickému konceptu celé práce.
