Abstract:

Úvod: Bakalářská práce s názvem "Psychické změny u žen v raném šestinedělí a partnerův vliv na ně", se zabývá psychickými změnami, především poruchami a vlivem partnera na vznik psychických potíží. Cíl: Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jestli má partner vliv na riziko vzniku poporodní deprese. Metodika: Kvantitativní šetření. Metoda: Sběr dat byl proveden pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku - Edinburghská škála poporodní deprese. K tomu byly přidány doplňující otázky týkající se podpory partnera. Dotazník byl rozesílán přes internet portálem "Survio", tudíž byl výběr respondentek zcela náhodný. Respondentky byly ženy na konci raného šestinedělí, které měly partnera u porodu. Ženy byly osloveny podle metody náhodného výběru. Data byla analyzována pomocí programu "Microsoft Excel" a hodnocena podle popisné statistiky. Výsledky: Výsledky jsou rozděleny do několika částí, podle dílčích cílů: Riziko výskytu poporodní deprese; Podpora partnera při porodu a v šestinedělí; Závislost mezi těmito kategoriemi. Riziko vzniku poporodní deprese bylo u 59 % žen z 58 žen, většina z nich hodnotí podporu partnera při porodu jako "velkou", podporu v šestinedělí nejvíce žen hodnotí jako "střední". V závěru analýzy bylo statisticky vyhodnoceno, že podpora partnera nemá vliv na vznik poporodní deprese, což nebylo potvrzeno národními a mezinárodními studiemi (Smitha 2008; Kyčerkové 2010; Saloňové 2015). Závěr: Vzhledem k tomu, že podle výsledků nemá partner vliv na vznik poporodní deprese, je třeba hledat problém jinde. Zdravotnický personál by se měl zaměřit více na faktory ovlivňující ženu již v průběhu porodu a následně v raném i pozdním šestinedělí.

Abstract:

Introduction: Bachelor thesis entitled "Psychological changes in women in the early postpartum period and partners influence on it", deals with psychological changes, especially mental disorders and also deals with partner's influence on the emergence of psychological disorders. Aim: The main aim dwelled in determining whether a partner can influence the risk of an onset of the postpartum depression. Methodology: Quantitative survey. Method: Data collection was performed using a standardized questionnaire - Edinburgh's Postpartum Depression Scale. Additional questions concerning a support of partner were added. The questionnaire was distributed via "Survio" web portal, so the respondents were chosen completely randomly. The respondents were women at the end of the early puerperium who had a childbirth partner. Women were approached by random sampling methods. Data were analysed using the "Microsoft Excel" Program and evaluated according to the description statistics. Results: The results are divided into several parts, according to sub-goals: Postpartum depression risk; Childbirth and postpartum partner's support; Dependence between these categories. The risk of postpartum depression occurred within 59 % of women out of 58 women, most of them evaluates the partner's support as "high" during the childbirth and as "medium" during the postpartum.In the conclusion of analysis, it was statistically evaluated that partner's support does not influence the onset of the postpartum depression. However, this was not proven by national and international studies (Smitha 2008; Kyčerková 2010; Saloňové 2015). Conclusion: Based on the result that partner does not influence the onset of postpartum depression, it is necessary to search for the issue elsewhere. Medical staff should focus more on factors affecting the woman during the childbirth and afterwards during the early and late puerperium.
