Financial Statements and Their Informative Ability for Managing of Fakt, spol. s r.o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vypovídací schopnost účetních výkazů a její vliv na řízení společnosti Fakt spol. s r.o. V teoretické části jsou na základě literární rešerše charakterizovány účetní výkazy, jejich vypovídací schopnost a zároveň jsou zde popsáni uživatelé těchto výkazů. Následně je vysvětlena podstata finanční analýzy, její postup a metody pro hodnocení finanční situace. V úvodu praktické části je představena stavební společnost Fakt spol. s r.o. Poté je provedena finanční analýza společnosti Fakt, spol. s r.o. za období 2009-2013 s ohledem na vypovídací schopnost účetních výkazů. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky finanční analýzy a vyslovena doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení finančního řízení společnosti Fakt, spol. s r.o.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the informative ability of financial statements and the influence on the managing of Fakt, spol. s r.o. In the theoretical part there are characterized financial statements based on literature review, their informative ability and there are described the users of these statements as well. Subsequently, there is explained the nature of financial analysis, its procedure and methods for the assessment of the financial situation. At the beginning of the practical part there is presented the construction company Fakt, spol. s r.o. After that there is performed financial analysis of Fakt, spol. s r.o. for the period 2009 - 2013 with regard to the informative ability of financial statements. In conclusion of the thesis there are evaluated the results of financial analysis and pronounce recommendations to improve financial management of Fakt, spol. s r.o.
