Abstract:
V bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřovala v teoretické části hlavně na význam týmu jako takového. Od definice týmu přes sestavení týmu až k posouzení efektivity týmu. Zároveň zde byl věnován prostor pro kritické faktory při vedení týmu. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na charakteristiku firmy a vysvětlení co je vlastně strukturální firma.
