Over-indebtedness and it´s impact on the current family

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá předlužením jednoho z živitelů rodiny a změnou rodinných vztahů v důsledku tohoto předlužení. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí ? teoretické a výzkumné. Teoretická část obsahuje informace vztahující se k této problematice. První kapitola je věnována rodině a její funkci, znakům současné rodiny a vztahům v rodině. V následující kapitole jsou popsány bankovní a nebankovní půjčky a s tím spojené porušení povinnosti splácet. Exekuce a osobní bankrot jsou diskutovány podrobněji. Následně se práce zabývá samotným předlužením, osobami ohroženými předlužením, okolnostmi předlužení a především jsou zde uvedeny důsledky předlužení a dopad na rodinu. Poslední kapitola je věnována systému sociální pomoci, konkrétně dávkám pomoci v hmotné nouzi a dávkám státní sociální podpory. Ve výzkumné části se nachází kvalitativně orientovaný výzkum, který byl proveden formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří respondentky procházející procesem oddlužení. Rozhovory se sedmi respondentkami byly analyzovány a interpretovány pomocí otevřeného kódování případové studie. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak předlužení dlužníka působí na vztahy v rodině.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis applies to indebtedness of one of the family breadwinners and the family relationship changes that comes according to such situation. The diploma thesis consists of two parts ? the theoretical part and the research part. The theoretical part includes information according to this issue. The first chapters apply to family and its function also the characteristic of present families and relationships. The following chapter describes banking and non-banking loans together with the repayment abilities. The executions and personal bankruptcy are discussed more detailed. As follows the diploma thesis pays attention to the very indebtedness, the threatened individuals, the circumstances and primarily the impacts on family. The last chapter is about the social help system specifically the social poverty help and the state social support benefits. The qualitative research is described in the research part which was prepared by half structured interviews. The research sample is from respondents going through debt process. The interviews that were done with seven respondents were analyzed and interpreted with the help of study case open coding. The target of the dissertation is to find out the influence of over-indebtedness on family relationships.
