Care of physiological newborn

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Péče o fyziologického novorozence." Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem adaptačních dějů, screeningových vyšetření, výživě a celkové péči o fyziologického novorozence podle dnes dostupných poznatků. Druhá část je praktická. V této praktické části použiji kvantitativní metodu sběru informací a to použitím nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Sestavím dotazník zaměřený na bezpečnou identifikaci novorozenců. Zajímá mě, jestli jsou v porodnicích dodržovány metody bezpečné identifikace novorozenců jako prevence záměny a zda ošetřující personál dbá na kontrolu spojitosti mezi matkou a novorozencem. Ve své práci také uvádím návrh na stručnou brožuru pro matky, která bude sloužit pro edukaci ohledně péče o novorozence na pokojích rooming- in. Záměrem této brožury je snaha usnadnit matkám péči o své dítě a touto formou jim nabídnout pomocnou ruku v prvních dnech jejich rodičovství.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the theme " Caring for physiological newborn." This work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part describes the adaptive processes, screening tests, nutrition and total care about the newborn under today's available physiological methods. The second part is practical. In the practical part, I use quantitative methods of collecting information and using non- standardized questionnaire. Assemble a questionnaire focusing on safe identification of newborns. I am interested whether they are in compliance with the methods of safe maternity wards identification of newborns in hospitals as to prevent confusion and ensure that the nursing staff to check the connection between the mother and the child. In my work I also mention a suggestion for a brief brochure for mothers, which will serve to educate the care of the newborn in the rooming- in rooms. The intention of this booklet is to make it easier for mothers to care for their child, and in this way to offer them a helping hand in the early days of parenthood.
