Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá technickými kvalifikačními předpoklady ve veřejných zakázkách. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé technické kvalifikační předpoklady dle zákona o veřejných zakázkách, definovány postupy při stanovování předpokladů a popsány problematické oblasti při tvorbě zadávacích podmínek v oblasti kvalifikace. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with technical qualification requirements in public procurement. The thesis describes various technical qualification, according to public procurement, defines methods in specifying qualification and describes problem area when creating procurement specifications. The work also includes a comparison of qualifications with other countries within the European Union.
