Abstract:
V této diplomové práci jsem se zabýval stimulací a motivací zaměstnanců, jejich využití ke zvýšení produktivity práce. Popíši Vám teoretickou část stimulace a motivace a jejich různé části na základě nastudované literatury. V praktické části se budu věnovat vyhotovení dotazníku spokojenosti zaměstnanců a popíši benefity a zaměstnanecké výhody podniku.
Abstract:
In this thesis I deal with stimulation and motivation of employees, thein use to increase productivity of job. I will describe you the theoretical part of stimulation and motivationand their various parts based on studied literature. I will do questionnaire of employees satisfactionn and describe employee benefits of company in the practical part.
