Abstract:

Ve své práci se diplomatka zabývá vztahem autorského zákona a jeho etických aspektů. Především se zaměřuje na problematiku sdílení dokumentů prostřednictvím Internetu s ohledem na obecně uznávané etické teorie. Podrobně přibližuje ty litery zákona, které se této problematiky týkají, následně předkládá nejuznávanější etické teorie. V souvislosti s tím pak předkládá dvě autorsko právní kauzy, které čtenáři podrobně přibližuje a s pomocí etického srovnání pak vyvozuje další možnosti, jak se dá chovat v prostředí internetu v případech sdílení dokumentů.

Abstract:

In her thesis master student deals with relationship between copyright law and its ethical aspects. Mainly focuses on the issues of sharing document over the Internet with accepted main ethical theories. Brings details of law, which is close to this theme and, than speaks about the principal ethics theories. In connection of that she present two cases, which brings the reader in detail and compared them with the ethical reasons other ways you can do in the Internet in cases of document sharing.
