Legal adjustment of archiving and filing department

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the legal adjustment of archiving and filing department. The first chapter focuses on legal development and the current legislation in the area of archiving and registry in Slovakia. The second chapter focuses on the practical application of state law in enterprises in the registry creator. The third chapter contains suggested possible solutions, aimed at facilitating the operations center management.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá právnou úpravou archivácie a registratúry. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na legislatívny vývoj a aktuálnu právnu úpravu v oblasti archivácie a registratúry na Slovensku. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na stav praktickej aplikácie legislatívy v podnikoch u pôvodcu registratúry. Tretia kapitola obsahuje navrhnuté možnosti riešenia, smerujúce k uľahčeniu činností správy registratúry.
