Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou veřejnoprávní prostředky ochrany proti domácímu násilí. V úvodní části bakalářské práce jsou popsány formy domácího násilí, jeho cyklus a identifikace a také možnosti pomoci ohroženým osobám.
