Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů. Vzhledem k obsáhlosti tohoto tématu se autorka práce rozhodla věnovat pozornost motivaci pracovníků. The thesis discusses the issue of HR management. With regard to the scope of this topic attention is dedicated to staff motivation. The thesis is divided into two parts.
