Posouzení hydrodynamických poměrů v tavenině v závislosti na proměnné rychlosti lisovacího pístu

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením hydromechanických poměrů v tavenině s ohledem na strhávání plynů a jejich zanášení do objemu vysokotlakých odlitků. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku tlakového lití, stručný popis a rozdělení lisovacích strojů. Dále jsou popsány licí formy a jejich problematika. Důležitým bodem, který je v teorii popsán, jsou hydromechanické základy proudění roztaveného kovu. Dále jsou v této části popsány druhy proudění taveniny v dutině formy, průběhy plnění a následné rozdělení. V úvodu praktické části je ukázána vtoková soustava, která byla vymodelována v programu Autodesk Inventor a je popsána geometrie vtokového kanálu. Dále je uvedeno chemické složení taveniny a formy. Jsou vypočteny rychlosti lisovacího pístu a rychlosti proudění v hlavním a vedlejším kanále. Z těchto rychlostí jsou poté vypočteny hodnoty Reynoldsova čísla Re. V další části se praktická část zaměřuje na simulovaní v programu MagmaSoft 5.5.1. Nejprve jsou nastaveny technické parametry lití a geometrie sítě. Poté jsou provedeny simulace lití a zachycení vzduchu v objemu odlitku. Tyto simulace jsou následně porovnány a vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment of hydromechanical conditions in the melt with regard to the entrainment of gases and their incorporation into the volume of high-pressure castings. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of pressure casting, a brief description and distribution of pressing machines. Casting molds and their issues are also described. An important point described in the theory is the hydromechanical fundamentals of the flow of molten metal. In this part, types of melt flow in the mold cavity, types of flow, and their distribution are described. The introduction of the practical part shows the gating system, which was modeled in Autodesk Inventor, and the geometry of the inlet channel is described. Furthermore, the chemical composition of the melt and the mold are presented. Pressing piston speeds and flow rates in the main and secondary channels are calculated. From these speeds, the values of the Reynolds number Re are then calculated. The next part of the practical section focuses on simulation in the MagmaSoft 5.5.1 program. First, the technical parameters of casting and network geometry are set. Then, casting simulations and air entrapment in the volume of the casting are performed. These simulations are then compared and evaluated.
