Principles of revitalization of panel houses PS69

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá panelovou soustavou PS 69. Úvod je věnován historii panelových domů a charakteristice nejrozšířenějších soustav. Dále je práce soustředěna na popis panelové soustavy PS 69 a vývoj jejích konstrukcí z průběhu výstavby. V druhé části jsou popsány vady a poruchy panelové soustavy s rozdělením dle jejich příčiny. Třetí část popisuje revitalizační zásady a vlivy na panelovou soustavu PS 69. Hlavní náplní této části je posouzení přitížených stropních dílců různými variacemi nových konstrukcí, jenž mohou být součástí revitalizace budov, zhodnocení a doporučení proveditelných úprav.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the panel system of PS 69. Introduction is devoted to the history of panel buildings and the characteristics of the most widespread systems. Further, the work is focused on the description of the panel system PS 69 and the development of its structures from the course of construction. The second part describes defects and faults of the panel system with distribution according to their cause. The third part describes the revitalization principles and influences on the PS 69 panel system. The main part of this section is the assessment of the overhanging ceiling elements by various variations of new constructions, which may be part of the revitalization of buildings, evaluation and recommendation of feasible modifications.
