Properties of thermally bonded technical nonwovens textiles

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vzlínáním kapalin do termicky pojených kolmo kladených a podélně kladených netkaných textilií o různých plošných hmotnostech. Teoretická část je zaměřena na technologii výroby kolmo kladených netkaných textilií pojených termicky. Dále se zabývá teorií vzlínání kapalin a stlačování vlákenného materiálu. Experimentální část popisuje přípravu a postup výroby vzorků, a jejich testování. Testovány byly i vzorky po cyklickém namáhání. Na testování vzlínání byly použity dvě kapaliny o různé viskozitě. Následně byly zaznamenány i výsledky sorpce vyrobených vzorků. Všechny výsledky práce byly porovnávány a vyhodnoceny. Vyrobené vzorky se lišily především strukturou a plošnou hmotností.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a capillarity of liquids by thermally bonded textiles perpendicularly laid and longitudinally laid nonwovens with a various area weight. The theoretical part describe a production technology of perpendicularly laid thermally bonded nonwovens. It also deals with the capillarity of liquids theory and compression of the fibre material. The experimental part describes the preparation and process of production and testing of samples. Some samples were also tested after repeated loading. Two different viscous liquids were used for capillarity testing. Subsequently sorption results were also noted. All results of this labor were compared and evaluated. The samples were different in the structure and the area weight.
