Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je představit systém prostředků v boji proti dopingu a poskytnout ucelený přehled antidopingové politiky na mezinárodní a národní úrovni. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se sportu, sportovního práva a vztahu právních a sportovních norem. Dále se soustředí na pojem doping a představuje historii antidopingové politiky. Další část práce se zaměřuje na jednotlivé subjekty v boji proti dopingu. V návaznosti na ně jsou rozebrány konkrétní dokumenty, úmluvy a směrnice a jejich vzájemná provázanost. Závěr práce je věnován českému prostředí a řešení boje proti dopingu v českém právním řádu.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to present the system of means in the fight against doping and to provide a comprehensive overview of antidoping policy at the international and national level. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of basic concepts related to sports, sports law and the relationship between legal and sports standards. It also focuses on the concept of doping and presents the history of antidoping policy. The next part of the work focuses on in-dividual subjects in the fight against doping. In connection with them, specific documents, conventions and directives and their interconnection are analysed. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the Czech environment and the solution of the fight against doping in the Czech legal system.
