Teoretická část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na acidofilní bakterii Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans a biohydrometalurgické procesy. Dále shrnuje současné možnosti identifikace mikroorganismů s použitím kultivačních a DNA molekulárních technik. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on acidophilic bacteria Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and biohydrometallurgical processes. Furthermore, it summarizes current possibilities of the identification of microorganisms using the culture and DNA molecular techniques.
