Debates on volunterism (the collection of interviews for server iDNES.cz)

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dobrovolnictvím a dobrovolníky, jejich motivacemi, hodnotami, které vyznávají a tím, jakým způsobem dobrovolnictví vnímají. Autorka téma přibližuje sérií publicistických rozhovorů pro server iDNES.cz. První část práce teoreticky ukotvuje téma dobrovolnictví a žánr publicistický rozhovor. V druhé části se autorka věnuje metodologickým postupům při vytváření rozhovoru. V další části je, na základě polostrukturovaných informačních rozhovorů s redaktory a veřejně dostupných informací, popsáno cílové médium, postupy práce a přístup členů redakce k publicistickému rozhovoru. V poslední části se autorka věnuje analýze a kritické reflexi pěti vlastní publicistických rozhovorů s dobrovolníky. Rozhovory s různě aktivními dobrovolníky napříč rozličnými oblastmi ukazují pestrost názorů na dobrovolnictví a jeho vnímání.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis discusses volunteerism and volunteers, their motivations, values they believe in and their perception of the volunteerism. The author gives insights into the topic through the collection of interviews conducted for server iDNES.cz. The first part of the paper theoretically defines the topic of volunteerism and the genre of interview. In the second part the author is focused on methodological approaches when creating interview. The following part describes the target medium, its work techniques and approach to the interviews based on semi structured information interviews with journalists and official data. In the last part the author analyzes and reflects critically five interviews with volunteers. Interviews with variously active volunteers working in different spheres shows the variety of opinions on volunteerism and its perception.
