Integrated rescue system and emergency response in the Liberec region

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mimořádnými událostmi, krizovými situacemi, integrovaným záchranným systémem, řešením mimořádných událostí, krizovým řízením, složkami integrovaného záchranného systému a spoluprací složek integrovaného záchranného systému v rámci sousedních krajů Libereckého kraje a států v Euroregionu Nisa. Diplomová práce přináší přehled v problematice krizových stavů, krizového řízení a v jednotlivých složkách integrovaného záchranného systému v Libereckém kraji. Cílem práce je zhodnotit možnosti fungování krizového řízení v rámci České republiky a také z hlediska Libereckého kraje. Toto vyhodnocení fungování krizového řízení, ale také složek integrovaného záchranného systému, je součástí praktické části této práce. Metoda zvolená pro dosažení cíle diplomové práce je metoda analýzy zdrojů a kompetencí jednotlivých organizací podílejících se na řešení mimořádných událostí či krizových situací.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with emergencies, crisis situations, the integrated rescue system, emergency management, crisis management, components of the integrated rescue system, and cooperation of components of the integrated rescue system within the neighboring regions of the Liberec region, as well as states in the Nisa Euroregion. The diploma thesis provides an overview of the issues of crisis situations, crisis management, and the individual components of the integrated rescue system in the Liberec region. The aim of the work is to evaluate the possibilities of crisis management in the Czech Republic and also from the point of view of the Liberec region. The practical part of this work is the evaluation of the functioning of crisis management, as well as the components of the integrated rescue system. Method selected to achieve the goal of the thesis is a method of analysis of resources and competencies of individual organizations involved in dealing with emergencies or crisis situations.
