Optimization of winter maintenance of ground roads in Liberec

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zimní údržbou místních komunikací v Liberci, kterou provádějí Technické služby města Liberce, a. s. Práce obsahuje analýzu současného stavu zimní údržby, která vychází z Operačního plánu zimní údržby městských komunikací 2017 - 2018 pro město Liberec. Na základě výsledků analýzy současného stavu je navržena obnova vozového parku a také úprava Operačního plánu zimní údržby. Navržené změny jsou v závěru práce posouzeny a zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The Master Thesis deals on the winter maintenance of local roads in Liberec performed by the Technické služby města Liberce, a. s. The thesis presents an analysis of the current condition of winter maintenance, which is based on the Operating plan of winter maintenance of urban roads in Liberec for years 2017 and 2018. On the basis of the results which came of the analysis of the current condition of the roads, a renewal of the car fleet was suggested, as well as the revision of the Operating plan of winter maintenance. The suggested recommendations are evaluated in the final chapter of the thesis.
