Diplomová práce se věnuje rozboru teoretických koncepcí nesporného řízení a jejich praktickému provedení v současném zákonodárství. V práci je též mimo jiné rozebrána problematika nesporných řízení v komparaci s řízeními spornými. This thesis deals with the analysis of theoretical concepts of non-contentious civil proceeding and their practical implementation in the current legislation. In the thesis is also discussed, inter alia, the issue of non-contentious civil proceeding in comparison with the contentious civil proceeding.
