Evaluation of treatment effectiveness of vineyard in a system of integrated extended production

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vyhodnocení ošetřování vinic v systému nadstavbové integrované produkce. Řeší problematiku jednotlivých systémů hospodaření a porovnává je s nadstavbovým systémem integrované produkce révy vinné.V literární části byly přiblíženy jednotlivé systémy pěstování révy vinné a s tím související témata. Houbové choroby napadající révu vinnou a škůdci jsou nedílnou součástí literárního přehledu, jelikož je třeba proti nim bojovat ve všech systémech hospodaření, a to odlišnými způsoby. Stejně tak výživa vinice a péče o půdu.V experimentální části byl porovnán systém nadstavbové integrované produkce se základním managementem integrované produkce a ekologickým pěstováním révy vinné na základě sledování dozrávání hroznů a jejich následné analýzy. Vzorky byly odebírány ze tří vinic, z nichž každá spadá do jiného systému pěstování. Sledované odrůdy byly Chardonnay, Ryzlink rýnský a Zweigeltrebe.Na základě dosažených poznatků a výsledků experimentu bylo vyhodnoceno pěstování révy vinné v systému nadstavbové integrované produkce.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to identify the characteristics of an evaluation of vineyard treatment in integrated extended production, issues of the individual management systems and compares them with integrated extended system of viticulture.In a literary part were described each system of cultivation of wine and related topics. An integral part of the literary review is a description of fungal diseases affecting grapevines and pests, because is necessary to fight against them in different ways in all systems of economy. Equally important is a part about a management of the vineyard nutrition and soil.In a second part of this thesis were compered the system of integrated extended production with a basic management of integrated production and ecological vine-growing by monitoring grape ripening and subsequent analysis. The samples were taken from three vineyards, each of which falls under another cultivation system. The observed grape varieties were Chardonnay, Riesling and Zweigeltrebe.The cultivation of wine in the system of integrated extended viticulture was evaluated based on the findings and the result of the experiment.
