Tracking of Living Cells in Fluorescence Microscopy using Graph Theory
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je navrhnout metodu využívající grafů k sledování pohybu živých buněk na dodaných datech. Písemná část práce popisuje navrženou metodu a poskytuje přehled jiných používaných metod a možnosti využití grafů při trekování buněk. Každá metoda je doprovázena popisem práce vybraných autorů, kteří metodu využívají.
Abstract:
Aim of this thesis is to design a method which uses graphs to track motion of living cells in fluorescently stained image sequences. Written part of this thesis describes designed method, gives survey of other possible cell tracking methods and shows how graph theory can be utilized. Every method is accompanied with description of a work by chosen authors which puts method in use.
