Abstract:

Obsahem diplomové práce je nastínění problematiky úzkostných poruch, které se řadí mezi nejčastější psychické poruchy. V teoretické časti se zabýváme úzkostí jako emocí, která nás provází celým životem, pokud ale její míra přeroste, stává se problémem a negativně ovlivňuje život jedince. Nereálné nebezpečí v postiženém dokáže vyvolat řadu psychických i tělesných projevů, kterým sám jen těžko odolává. S pomocí psychoterapie či farmakoterapie se jedinec učí zvládat své obavy, zmírnit úzkost a efektivně komunikovat s ostatními. Eliminuje se tím také možnost vzniku dalších situací, které vyvolávají úzkost. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky dotazníku, který zjišťuje míru úzkostnosti u adolescentů.

Abstract:

The subject of my thesis is an adumbration of anxiety disorders, which belongs to the most frequent mental defects. In the theoretic part are we concerned with anxiety as emotion, that go together with us lifetime. But when her scale overgrows, it is a problem and it influences the life of person. Unrealistic risk can cause in afflicted many psychological and physical symptoms, that itself is difficult to resist. With help of psychotherapy or pharmacotherapy he learns to manage his fears, reduce of anxiety and effectively communicate with other people. It also eliminates the possibility of other situations that cause anxiety. The practical part presents questionnaire results, which measures size of anxiety by adolescents.
