Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. První část se věnuje metabolickému inženýrství a popisuje základní výpočetní a experimentální techniky využívané v tomto oboru. Abstract:
The thesis is composed of two main parts. The first part deals with metabolic engineering and it describes basic computational and experimental techniques used in this field. A developement of an artificial degrading pathway of 1,2,3-trichloropropane is discussed in detail.
