Abstract:

Cíl: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jaké zkušenosti mají matky s bondingem po porodu císařským řezem. Metodika: Metodika výzkumu byla prováděna formou kvalitativní studie. Data byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů realizovaných s participantkami. Rozhovory byly nahrávány na diktafon, následně poté byly přepsány a detailně několikrát pročteny. Pro analýzu dat bylo využito otevřené kódování v rámci zakotvené teorie. Z vycházející analýzy dat byly stanoveny kategorie a podkategorie, které se týkaly průběhu a okolností vytváření vztahu mezi matkou a dítětem po porodu císařským řezem. Výpovědi participantek byly použity k interpretaci dat. Výsledky: Výsledkem tohoto kvalitativního výzkumu bylo, že bonding po porodu císařským řezem představuje pro matky významný okamžik. Bonding realizovaný chvíli po porodu císařským řezem v matkách vzbuzuje nepopsatelné pocity, které pozitivně ovlivňují jejich vztah k dítěti, a pohled na tento způsob porodu. Je důležité, aby matka cítila podporu při bondingu ze strany zdravotnického personálu. Závěr: Tato práce umožňuje pochopit hlouběji problematiku bondingu po porodu císařským řezem a lépe tak porozumět pocitům matek. Tím může přispět k poskytnutí kvalitní péče a podpory navázaní vztahu, která je během poporodního období pro matky důležitá.

Abstract:

Aim: The main aim of the thesis was to find out which experiences mothers have with bonding after giving birth via Caesarean section. Methodology: The research of methodology was conducted in the form of a qualitative study. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews conducted with participants. The interviews were recorded on a dictaphone, transcribed and meticulously reviewed multiple times. Open coding within grounded theory was utilised for data analysis, resulting in identification of categories and subcategories, related to the process and circumstances of creating relationship between mother and newborn after Caesarean section birth. Participants testimonies were used for data interpretation. Results: The results of the qualitative research showed that bonding after Caesarean section birth represents a significant moment of mothers. Bonding shortly after Caesarean section birth evokes indescribable feelings in mothers, which positively influence their relationship with the child and the view of the delivery method. It is important that the mother feels supported by the medical staff in bonding with her child. Conclusion: This thesis enables a deeper understanding of the issue of bonding after Caesarean section birth and thus better understanding of the mother's feelings. This can contribute to providing quality care and support for establishing a relationship, which is important for mothers during the postpartum period.
