Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of mentoring and its impact on the mental health of third grade students at Bilingual high school C. S. Lewis. The theoretical part deals with the developmental period of ado-lescence and the possible psychological problems connected to it. We define the fundamental terms connected to mentoring and show the established benefits which mentoring provides. In the empirical part we introduce the environment of the high school and deal with the results of the questionnaire and the qualitative interviews.

Abstract:

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá tematikou mentoringu a jeho vplyvu na mentálne zdravie študentov tretieho ročníku na Bilingválnom gym-náziu C. S. Lewis. V teoretickej časti sa zameriavame na vývojové obdo-bie adolescencie a možné psychické problémy, ktoré sa s ňou spájajú. Definujeme základné pojmy ktoré sú spájané s mentoringom a uvádzame preukázané benefity, ktoré mentoring prináša. V empirickej časti predstavujeme prostredie gymnázia a venujeme sa výsledkom dotazníkového šetrenia a kvalitatívnym rozhovorom.
