Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis druhů tepelného tvarování, vhodných materiálů a chování při tvarování, druhů nástrojů a konstrukce. V praktické části byl navržen model výrobku helmy a pro helmu byla navržena konstrukce pozitivního nástroje. Práce zahrnovala výrobu prototypu, který byl experimentálně zkoušen vakuovým tvarováním. The bachelor thesis is devided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes types of thermal forming, suitable materials and their behavior during shaping, types of tools and their construction.
