Kalevala je hrdinský epos, který hraje důležitou roli v době národního obrození ve Finsku. Autorem tohoto díla je Elias Lönnrot, jenž sesbíral finskou ústní lidovou slovesnost, díky tomu jeho kniha skýtá velké množství inspirace. Abstract:
The Kalevala is a heroical epic, which plays an important role in the period of the patriotic movement in Finland. The Author of the epic, Elias Lönnrot, gathered oral Finnish literature, and his work offers a variety of inspiration.
