The precaution for energy saving on buildings
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je dělena do tří částí. – Teoretická část poskytuje přehled problematiky týkající se opatření, vedoucí k úsporám energie u staveb. – Praktická část obsahuje dvě ocenění nemovitostí v obci Sokolov, vypracovaných na tržních principech. Ocenění rodinného domu a nebytového prostoru. – Analýza realitního trhu v okrese Sokolov.
