Proposal of Activities Improving Production Operation Management
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení operativního managementu výrobního oddělení reflektující ucelený pohled na problematiku managementu čtyř výrobních závodů na území České a Slovenské republiky. Analytická část bude zaměřena zejména na sběr a vyhodnocování dat z výroby, technologie, údržby, logistiky a prodeje.
Abstract:
The aim of the Diploma thesis is to propose measures by current situation analyse to improve the operational management of the production department, reflecting a comprehensive view of the management issues of four production plants in the Czech and Slovak Republic.
