Předmětem diplomové práce „Právní a ekonomické aspekty vertikálních kartelů“ je kartel jako institut právní tak ekonomický. Neboť se v oblasti vertikálních kartelů často pohled právní a pohled ekonomický střetávají a nabízejí různé interpretace, co je pro trh, resp. pro hospodářskou soutěž výhodné, je cílem této práce mj. konfrontovat právní úpravu s ekonomickým pohledem a naopak. Subject matter of this thesis Legal and Economic Aspects of Vertical Cartels is a cartel as an institute both legal and economic.
