Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou omezení práv vlastníka ve světle aktuální judikatury. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu soudních rozhodnutí, zejména Nejvyššího soudu a Ústavního soudu, týkajících se omezení vlastnického práva. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of limitations of the owner in recent cases. The thesis focuses on analyzing court decisions, especially those of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, concerning limitations of the owner.
