Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím metody TPR (Total Physical Response), která propojuje osvojování znalostí cizího jazyka s pohybovou aktivitou. Žáci reagují neverbální chováním na ústní pokyny učitele. Jedná se o alternativní metodu, jejíž princip se podobá procesu osvojování mateřského jazyka. Úkolem žáků je naslouchat mluvenému projevu, k samotné produkci řeči dochází individuálně dle svých možností. V teoretické části jsou představena teoretická východiska. Praktická část se zaměřuje na empirický výzkum v podobě sebereflektivních deníků, které reflektují jednotlivé lekce anglického jazyka s využitím prvků metody TPR.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the use of the TPR (Total Physical Response) method, which connects the acquisition of foreign language knowledge with physical activity. Pupils react nonverbally to given instructions by a teacher. It is an alternative method, the principle is similar to the process of acquiring the mother tongue. The task of the pupils is to listen to the spoken language, the speech production itself occurs individually according to their possibilities. The theoretical part introduces the theoretical background. The practical part focuses on empirical research, which is in the form of self-reflective diaries and it reflects individual lessons of the English language using elements of the TPR method.
