Abstract:

Abstract Title of the thesis: Study and analysis of the possible areas of physiotherapy intervention in a pediatric patient with lissencephaly and structuring an appropriate path habilitation and rehabilitation. Purpose of the search: Identification and analysis of possible specific areas of physiotherapy intervention in relation to the needs of the child selected for the study in question in order to structure a path suitable and comprehensive habilitation and rehabilitation in subjects at high complexity care. Study aids, orthoses and aids in use for each of the areas of physiotherapy intervention determined. Research Methodology: Identification of the problems of the present and the possible emergence and establishment of priorities for action. Subsequent analysis of the consequences that may result of the issues highlighted and assessment of their impact on activities of daily living of the child and the family. Research can physiotherapy approach to the specific problem and verification of its effectiveness. Materials and methods: The methods of rehabilitation have been identified by direct observation of the patient and the research literature and experimental about it. It 'was thus possible to explore areas of difficult clinical approach and include specific activities with high potential qualifying characteristics, rehabilitation for the child. The approach through the "basal stimulation" has allowed us to customize the setting and patient positioning aids for optimizing the administration of respiratory physiotherapy and stimulating activities within the neuro-motor and neuro-ophthalmology. Results: Were examined and evaluated the various fields of physiotherapy intervention and in this way have been chosen techniques and approaches best suited to the clinical case under consideration. This thesis aims to be a guide for a comprehensive and varied in all cases of infantile cerebral palsy or rare conditions in which it is difficult to therapeutic intervention as specifically identified in a case of lissencephaly. itolo della tesi: Studio ed analisi delle possibili aree di intervento fisioterapico in etŕ pediatrica in un soggetto affetto da lissencefalia e strutturazione di un adeguato percorso abilitativo-riabilitativo. Finalitŕ della ricerca: Individuazione ed analisi specifica delle possibili aree di intervento fisioterapico in relazione alle esigenze del bambino selezionato per lo studio in oggetto al fine di poter strutturare un percorso abilitativo-riabilitativo idoneo ed esaustivo in soggetti ad alta complessitŕ assistenziale. Studio di ausili, ortesi e presidi in uso per ciascuno degli ambiti di intervento fisioterapico determinati. Metodologia della ricerca: Individuazione dei problemi presenti e di possibile insorgenza e definizione delle prioritŕ di intervento. Successiva analisi delle conseguenze che possono derivare delle problematiche messe in luce e valutazione del loro impatto nelle attivitŕ della vita quotidiana del bambino e della famiglia. Ricerca del possibile approccio fisioterapico al problema specifico e verifica della sua efficacia. Materiali e metodi utilizzati: Le metodiche dell?intervento riabilitativo sono state individuate mediante l?osservazione diretta del paziente e la ricerca di materiale bibliografico e sperimentale a riguardo. E? stato cosě possibile approfondire ambiti di difficile approccio clinico e inserire attivitŕ specifiche con caratteristiche ad alto potenziale abilitativo, riabilitativo per il bambino. L?approccio mediante la ?stimolazione basale? ha permesso di personalizzare il setting ed il posizionamento del paziente ottimizzando la somministrazione di presidi per la fisioterapia respiratoria e di attivitŕ stimolanti l?ambito neuromotorio e neuro-oftalmologico. Risultati: Sono stati approfonditi e valutati i vari ambiti di intervento fisioterapico e in questo modo sono state scelte le tecniche e gli approcci piů idonei al caso clinico preso in esame. Tale lavoro di tesi vuole essere da guida per un approccio completo e vario in tutti quei casi di paralisi celebrale infantile o patologie rare in cui risulta difficile l?intervento terapeutico come nello specifico in un caso di lissencefalia. Studio ed analisi delle possibili aree di intervento fisioterapico in etŕ pediatrica in un soggetto affetto da lissencefalia e strutturazione di un adeguato percorso abilitativo-riabilitativo 10 Analisi discussione e valutazione dei risultati: La ricerca dei vari ambiti di intervento ha dato modo di poter evidenziare un trattamento personalizzato e il piů completo possibile per il paziente. Vista perň la gravitŕ delle condizioni del paziente non collaborante, non č stato possibile sottoporlo a valutazioni quantitative specifiche.
