Time throughput of emergency asmission at diagnosis of chest pain

Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je časová průchodnost urgentního příjmu u diagnózy bolest na hrudi. Zabývá se postupy urgentního příjmu při příjmu pacienta s bolestí na hrudi. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretické části je popsán urgentní příjem, jeho struktura, dělení na jednotlivé typy. Následně je popsána diagnostika v intenzivní péči a bolest na hrudi. Praktická část je proveden kvalitativním výzkumem formou kazuistik pacientů přijatých na urgentní příjem s bolestí na hrudi.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelors thesis is the time cource of emergency admission in the diagno-sis of chest pain. It deals with emergency admission procedures when admitting a patient with chest pain.The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoreti-cal part describes the urgent admission, its structure, division into individual types. Sub-sequently, the diagnosis in intensive care and chest pain is described. The practical part is performed by qualitative research in the form of case reports of patients admitted for emer-gency admission with chest pain.This is a brief thesis description, without any description and used methods, but with result.
