Perception and conflict solving of situations in the relationship of teacher and student from the perspective of teacher/pupil.

Anotace:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku konfliktních situací v oblasti školství, a to mezi učitelem a žákem. První kapitola objasňuje charakteristiku zátěžových situací a mechanismy jejich zvládání, definuje pojem konflikt, zabývá se druhy konfliktů, příčinami a vnímáním konfliktů a způsoby jejich řešení. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na faktory ovlivňující konfliktní situace ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu. Zabývá se osobností učitele, jeho postoji, očekáváním, pedagogickou komunikací, vztahy mezi učitelem a žákem, klimatem třídy a školy. Třetí kapitola charakterizuje žáka s mentálním postižením, objasňuje pojem a klasifikaci mentální retardace a vymezuje psychologické zvláštnosti žáků s mentálním postižením. Zabývá se poradenskými zařízeními a základním vzděláváním žáků s lehkým mentálním postižením. Čtvrtá kapitola tvoří výzkumnou část diplomové práce. Je zaměřena na získávání dat a jejich zpracování. Informace byly získány pomocí technik ankety, ohniskové skupiny a rozhovorů. Data z hlavních výzkumných metod, kterými byly ohnisková skupina a rozhovory, jsem analyzovala pomocí otevřeného kódování. Výsledky šetření jsou shrnuty v závěru.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the issue of the conflict situations in the area of education system, thus between a teacher and a student. The first chapter explains characteristics of stressful situations and their coping mechanisms, defines the term of the conflict, dealing with the conflict types, its causes and perceptions of conflicts and the ways of their solution. The second chapter is focused on factors that have an influence on the conflict situations in the educational process. It deals with the teacher's personality, his attitude and expectations, his teaching communication, relationships between a teacher and a student, class and school climate. The third chapter describes a student with disabilities, explains the concept and classification of mental retardation and identifies the psychological traits of students with mental disabilities. It deals with counselling facilities and basic education of students with mild mental disabilities. The fourth chapter is a research part of the thesis. It focuses on the data acquisition and its processing. Information for this chapter was obtained with the techniques of polls, focus group and interviews. The data from the major research methods, which were the focus group and interviews, I analyzed using open coding. The results are summarized in the conclusion.
