Factors influencing the collection of excise duty on cultivation and the main causes of duty evasion of excise duty on alcohol
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou spotřební daně z lihu, která je inkasována za etanol vyrobený v rámci pěstitelského pálení ovoce. Postupně jsou představeny a porovnávány faktory ovlivňující množství vyrobeného lihu a výši vybraných částek. V práci jsou uvedeny typy daňových úniků a návrhy na opatření k zamezení únikům na daních v oblasti spotřební daně z lihu.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of excise duty on alcohol, which iscollected for ethanol produced by fruit growing burning. Gradually factors influencing the amount of selected amount are introduced and compared. The thesis presents the type of tax evasion and proposals for measures to prevent tax evasion in the field of excise duty on alcohol.
