Cílem této práce bylo zhodnocení tělesné zdatnosti, antropometrických parametrů a parametrů autonomního nervového systému [baroreflexní senzitivity (BRS) a variability srdeční frekvence (HRV)] u pacientů s metabolickým syndromem (MS) a bez metabolického syndromu (NMS). The goal of this study was to evaluate the physical fitness, anthropometry parameters and parameters of autonomic nervous system [baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) and heart rate variability (HRV)] in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS) and without metabolic syndrome (NMS) and the effect of 12 - week exercise training on parameters above was evaluated in both groups.
