V bakalárskej práci s názvom obchodný podiel v slovenskej a českej právnej úprave som sa v prvej kapitole zaoberala opisom právnej úpravy obchodného podielu a tiež analýzou majetkových práv spoločníkov a spojením obchodných podielov.
