Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat konstrukčním a materiálovým porovnáním zděných prvků v obvodovém plášti a akustickým posouzením vnitřních stěn. Teoreticko-metodická část bude zaměřena na terminologii zdiva, druhy zdicích prvků, na popis jednotlivých zdicích systémů a v neposlední řadě na tepelně-technické a akustické požadavky, které jsou kladeny na obvodové a vnitřní zdivo. Aplikační část bude zaměřena na materiálové posouzení několika variant zděných prvků. Z konstrukčního hlediska se jedná o dvě skladby obvodového pláště, jedna skladba s vnějším zateplením a druhá skladba bez zateplení. Navržené skladby budou posuzovány z hlediska součinitele prostupu tepla a ceny materiálu. Vnitřní zdivo bude posuzováno dle akustických požadavků. Práce také bude obsahovat výkresovou dokumentaci ve fázi studie bytového domu. Dle získaných výsledků bude vybrána nejlepší varianta, která bude navržena pro bytový dům.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis will deal with constructional and material comparison of brick elements in the external envelope and acoustic assessment of the internal walls. The theoretical-methodical part will focus on the terminology of masonry, the types of masonry elements, the description of individual constructional systems and, last but not least, the thermal-technical and acoustic requirements that are placed on the external envelope and interior masonry. The application part will focus on the material assessment of several variants of brick elements. From a constructional point of view, there are two ways of layer structure in the external envelope, one with exterior thermal insulation and the other without a thermal insulation. Designed ways of layer structure will be assessed from the point of view of the coefficient of heat transfer and material price. Interior masonry will be judged according to acoustic requirements. The thesis will also contain drawing documentation, in the phase of the study of a residential building. According to the obtained results, the best option will be selected and which will be designed for a residential building.
