Survey of social climate of an enterprise as a determining factor of enterprise efficienty

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním sociálního klimatu společnosti MEDISIZE CZ, s.r.o. jako faktoru podmiňujícího její výkonnost. MEDISIZE CZ, s.r.o. je výrobním podnikem zdravotnických pomůcek nizozemské centrály. Dotazníky, které byly distribuovány, zjišťují spokojenost se sociálním klimatem. Na jejich základě byly formulovány stimulační faktory. Je navržen projekt, který na základě zlepšení znalostí a dovedností nadřízených pracovníků podporuje žádoucí sociální klima.

Abstract:

This diploma work is about a survey of social climate of MEDISIZE CZ, s.r.o. as a determining factor of enterprise efficiency. MEDISIZE CZ, s.r.o. is a manufacturing company of medical devices with Dutch headquarters. Distributed questionnaires were used to identify satisfaction with the social climate. On the basis of the questionnaires were formulated stimulating factors. On the basis of knowledge and ability advancement of superiors a project is formulated and supports desirable social climate.
