Depiction of trial in theatre
Abstract:
Tématem práce je zobrazení soudního procesu v dramatu. Jejím cílem je určit možné funkce soudního procesu v divadelních hrách. Práce kombinuje poznatky divadelní vědy s přístupem právně-teoretického směru nazývaného Právo a humanitní vědy. Předmětem analýzy jsou Aischylova Oresteia a Shakespearův Kupec benátský.
Abstract:
The topic of the thesis is judicial process in drama. Its aim is to identify the possible functions of trial in drama. The thesis combines theatre science knowledge with the approach of a legal-theoretical movement called Law and Humanities. Aeschylus' Oresteia and Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice are analyzed in the thesis.
