Elements of the graph theory in the mathematics curriculum of primary school

Anotácia:

Diplomová práce ,,Prvky teorie grafů v učivu matematiky na 1. stupni ZŠ" je zaměřena na využití některých prvků teorie grafů v učivu 1. stupně ZŠ. V teoretické části je představena historie teorie grafů od počátku, kdy Euler řešil problém ,,Sedmi mostů přes řeku Pregel", přes grafické znázorňování chemických vzorců, hamiltonovskou kružnici, až po vědce 21. století, kteří se zabývali teorií grafů. V této části jsou uvedeny některé základní pojmy teorie grafů. Praktická část je věnována využití prvků teorie grafů v učivu matematiky na 1. stupni ZŠ. Následně je uvedeno několik příkladů, kterých lze využít v přímé výuce matematiky. Autorka také věnuje pozornost některým učebnicím matematiky pro 1. stupeň ZŠ, ve kterých jsou využity prvky teorie grafů. Za přínosné považujme procvičovací úlohy pro 3. a 5. ročník ZŠ, které byly inspirované dostupnými materiály.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis ,, Elements of the grapf theory in the mathematics curriculum of primary school" is focused on the use of certain elements of the graph theory in the curriculum of the primary school. The theoretical part introduces the history of graph theory from the beginning, when Euler tackled the problem of the ,,Seven bridges over the Pregel river", through the graphic representation of chemical formulas, the Hamiltonian circle, and the scientist of 21st century who deal with the graph theory. The practical part pays attention to use of the elements of the graph theory in mathematics of the primary education. Subsequently, some examples of which can be used in the direct teaching of mathematics are listed. Furthermore, the author deals with the textbooks of mathematics for primary pupils, in which the elements of the graph theory are used. Let us consider beneficial for practical exercises for 3rd and 5th year of primary education, which were inspired by the avaliable materials.
