Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou skladování a řízení zásob. Je zaměřena na vybranou technologickou společnost ve Středočeském kraji. V práci je provedena analýza skladování a řízení zásob materiálů pro výrobu v dané technologické společnosti. Dále jsou navržena opatření na eliminaci zjištěných nedostatků a zlepšení skladování a řízení zásob v této společnosti.Abstract:
This master thesis deals with the issue of storage and inventory management. It is aimed at a selected technology company in the Central Bohemia region. The master thesis analyzes the storage and management of material stocks for production in the given technological company.
